Multiple Doorways per user

Doorway is much more than a networking tool, it is a corporate identity software that helps put your brand in the hands of every employee. But your brand isn’t fixed, branding can change depending on team location, administrative unit or simply in celebration of a company milestone. One of the many advantages of digital business cards is in their flexibility; Doorways can be instantly updated to reflect new designs, job updates, or additional contact information. Our new release extends that flexibility even further with the ability to give your employees multiple cards.
 
For example, you may want to give your employees based in China one card in English and offer a secondary one in Mandarin, or a card with different branding for a conference or event. All the while, your employees will hold a default card with their primary details. The options are limitless as you can change the design and details shared on each Doorway.

Multiple cards are available to all Doorway clients. To set them up, you first need to allow multiple cards per user, and then create them manually or via CSV. If you haven’t set them up already and need help doing so, please contact us and we will guide you through it.
 

Design update

The functionality of multiple Doorways per user comes with a new design update that helps you manage multiple Doorways seamlessly.
 
Your Doorways and Users have been split in two sections so that you can manage them separately. Users are unique people (your employees), and they can be assigned one or multiple Doorways.

Filtering allows admins to select subsets of users or Doorways and perform bulk actions on them such as assigning a new designs, resending doorways, or downloading their information to a CSV.  In this release, filtering has been optimized to be a more user friendly experience with support for viewing and making selections more swiftly.

Refined filter tools

Filtering helps you select some users to assign them a specific design, resend them their Doorway if they haven’t downloaded it yet or download a CSV with their information. In this release, we made filtering more user friendly, separating the filtering categories visually.
