Accessing your Doorway

When you are assigned a Doorway by your business, or create one yourself, you will receive an email from Doorway. Once you have opened that email on your mobile device and downloaded your new digital business card, you will be ready to go.

Your Doorway is stored in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, enabling quick access from your device’s lock screen. For Android, tap the wallet icon on your lock screen or click the right-side button twice on Apple phones.

Scanning your Doorway

Every Doorway contains a unique and universally recognised dynamic QR code. When scanned, it directly creates a contact in the recipient’s phone book.

A dynamic QR code stores all contact information, which means the information is kept secure (not leaving the devices), and doesn’t require an app download, a landing page or an internet connection to work.
