User permissions give administrators the ability to flexibility control and allow users to edit their own contact information.
With this function, admins can select which specific contact details their users can edit, and which contact details are locked. Locked permissions are only alterable by the administrators for the organisation account.
You can toggle this setting via the Organisation Settings page.
Once you are on the Organisation settings page, head down to Doorway settings and click on Cardholder permissions. This will open a sidebar with all existing cardholder permissions for the account. Locked fields will show in red, with a lock icon.
Clicking on one of the red locked icons will toggle the permission to open, which changes the field to green. Any green field is able to be edited by your employees.
Once the toggle has been edited, it is automatically saved across your organisation.
